The tour goes on with itinerant tastings in the heart of the old town discovering the salentinian wine tradition and talking about the local excellence. We will go to the best wineries to taste a selection of wines such as Negroamaro, Primitivo and Susumaniello, from the oldest vines of Salento. Tasting the flavours, we will discover the timeless history of a land.
The tour ends through the characteristic narrow streets of the old town, discovering the Amphitheater and the Roman Theatre, the squares and the lovely baroque style from Lecce.
